Peter's Philosophy
"It's difficult to define fitness when it is so broad a term - applying to each individual's needs, challenges and personal goals. The 20th century brought together multiple disciplines combining the strengths of Eastern and Western cultures in healing, exercise and health. In the new millennium, we're re-defining what it is to be physically fit. For some that means less and others more, and still for others it may mean discovering a whole new approach to their fitness which could mean a change of discipline, or resolving long term habits into new results, or finding key areas to apply change in such as flexibility, strength, stamina and maximum agility."
